About A Girl

Hallo, I'm Leonie and I'm 22 years old. I'm a Dutchie but I have a love/hate relationship with my country. That's why I'm going to try my luck elsewhere, I'll be crossing the pond over to the UK, to Manchester to be exact. J'adore the English and I prefer Manchester over London because it's cheaper, less crowded and of course, the greatest football club in the world can be found there; Manchester United.

I have many interests and sometimes, a lot of times, those interests turn into obsessions. Some people frown upon those of us, who're obsessed with a band, tv show or a book, but who cares? Obsessions offer a safe haven where you can forget about reality for a while. I don't think I'll ever be obsession-free. I'm proud to be obsessed!

Summer 2000 I tried to built my own little tribute to the pairing of Buffy/Angel. A Fanfiction site, because I was addicted to B/A Fanfiction. Thus Fanficworld was born and so was my site/graphics mania. Two weeks after I opened Fanficworld(now closed :'( ), I started Please Sarah, Please. A month later my graphic skills had improved big time(or so I thought) and I started my own graphics company called Angelic Oracles. The Love, Peace and Harmony Awards(now taken over) followed suitly. In my Christmas Break I got bored big time and so I opened my first personal site, which was called Eternal Paradise, a general B/A shippersite called Love Is Unique and this site. I didn't stop there though. In the past six years I must've created more than 70 sites, I can't even remember them all by name.

Right now my sitemania has ceased, thanks to my current obsession with making 100x100 pixel squares, also known as icons.
